01 — Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window will not be eligible for a return or exchange.


02 — Item Condition

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


03 — Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, accessories, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.


04 — How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@staytherealest.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.



05 — Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
